Question: How do I get my Diploma?
Answer:
All official finishers of the Ironman 70.3 Lanzarote can download their certificate from www.ironman703lanzarote.com from the 17th of November onwards.
Question: How does Las Vegas slot allocation work?
Answer:
The first IRONMAN 70.3 LANZAROTE will award 30 slots for the 70.3 World Championship 2013 in Las Vegas, Henderson, Nevada. Every athlete who wishes to participate in the World Championship in Las Vegas has to qualify. The slots will distributed to age groups according to the number of participants in each group, guaranteeing always at least one slot in each age group. Upon online registration each athlete must indicate if he/ she want to qualify for Las Vegas. It is not possible tochange this status after registration!
A provisional slot distribution based on the potential starters will be published the day before the event at 16:00 at the IRONMAN 70.3 Information Centre, the Information Point in the Transition Zone and on our Website www.ironman703lanzarote.com. The final slot distribution will be determined based on the number of official athletes starting the race and will be published at 07:00 on race day at the Information Point in the Transition Zone and on our Website www.ironman703lanzarote.com.
The IRONMAN 70.3 LANZAROTE is a 500 points qualifying race (Professionals only). For further information regarding the 2013 IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 70.3 QUALIFYING please visit the Website ironmanpromembership.com.
Las Vegas registration
Registration will take place on Saturday 10th of November 2012 at 20.00 in the 70.3 Tent, at Club La Santa. The winner of each slot must be present at 20.00 in order to accept the slot and register personally.
The entry fee is 350US$, cash only (it can also be paid on EUR; the corresponding amount in EUR will be announced the day before the event at 16:00 at the IRONMAN 70.3 Information Centre, the Information Point in the Transition Zone and on our Website www.ironman703lanzarote.com). The One day US license is 12US$ and has to be bought during the online registration. Each winner will receive a Contestant Information Package with applications, instructions and an official IRONMAN Qualification Certificate.
If the athlete does not attend the Las Vegas allocation, it is no longer possible to claim their qualifying place afterwards.
Question: What is the Age Group breakdown?

18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 & 80+

Question: When will the registration for the 2012 Race close?
Answer:
Registration will close on October 20th 2012 or sooner, if the limit of 1.000 athletes is reached.
